At first glance this looks to be an ordinary crow skull. It is well preserved and the jaw is wired into place. If placed in the mouth the skull allows the user to speak and understand the language of corvids fluently, with the speech coming directly from the skull's beak. S/he may be able to understand the speech of other bird species in a limited capacity. While using the skull no other language can be spoken or understood.
